Just a wee thank you for my cracking pressie from my pal the Jodester. A pack of alternative fag stcikers, with stuff like smoking makes you look hard or it might never happen. Cant give up now can I? Gave up for 6 months last year, it was easy too, that was the problem. I got all cocky. Thought i could have a "one off" fag. I went straight back to 10 a day. 20 if I'm out. Grr.

Hate to brag ... hehe ... but I just decided one day that enough was enough and have never gone back since. That was 1 1/2 years ago now! Patting my own back here!
You don't need anyone else to help you - you just have to be ready.
